You need:
Artificial evergreen garland 
Flowers of your choice (should be medium sized to big
with wire stems to wrap around garland) 
Ribbon 
Tacks
Nails
2 Cloths Pins
Any other decoration you would like

1.Lay your evergreen garland out on the floor. 
2.Cut ribbon piece long enough to wrap around 
garland from end to end. 
3.Wrap ribbon around garland from end to end and hold 
in place with clothes pin.
4.Wrap wire of flowers around garland so that just the 
blossoms of the flowers show. 
5.Put any other accessories on the garland 
that you would want.
