Christmas Ripple Afghan

This afghan works up very quickly!

Materials:
Sz J crochet hook
Green, Red, & White Yarn

A=Green
B=Red
C=White

Please note: you need to know how to crochet for this pattern.
1.Ch 173
2.Foundation Row:Dc in 3rd ch from hook, dc in each 
of next 4 ch, ch2, dc in each of next 4 ch*, rep from
* to * to last 6 ch,skip next 2 ch, dc in each of 
next 3 ch, 2 dc in last ch, turn.
3.Row 1: 2 dc in first dc, dc in each of next 3 dc,
*skip next 2 dc, dc in each of next 3 dc, (dc, ch 2, dc)
in next ch-2 sp, dc in each of next 3 dc*, rep from * to *
to last 6 dc, skip next 2 dc, dc in each of next 3 dc, 
2 dc in top of beg dc, turn.
4.Rep Row 1 for pat 5 times more. Fasten off A.
5.Rep Row 1 for pat working 7 rows each with B,C,
A,B,C,A,B,C,A,B,C. Fasten off.
6.Fringe: Cut A into 8 inch lengths.Using 4 strands of A
for each fringe, single knot one fringe in each st along top
and bottom edges of afghan.
