Honey Mushroom Pork Chops

4 pork chops 
1/2 cup chicken broth 
1/4 cup honey 
1/4 soy sauce 
2 Tbsp ketchup 
1/4 tsp ginger 
1/2 tsp garlic salt 
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms 
3 cups cooked rice 

 In frying pan, brown chops well on both sides. 
Drain. In bowl, combine all remaining ingredients
except rice. Pour mixture over chops. Cover and 
simmer for about 3545 minures or until chops are
tender. Serve chops and sauce over hot rice.
