Maple Glazed Ham

Ingredients:
8 to 10 pound fully cooked ham half, bone-in 
Whole cloves 
1/2 cup packed brown sugar 
1/4 cup maple flavored syrup 
2 tablespoons prepared mustard 

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 
2.Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with foil; set aside. 
3.Trim skin and fat from ham, leaving a thin layer of fat. 
4.Score fat layer in a diamond pattern; insert cloves.
5.Place ham in foil-lined pan. 
6.Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of ham.
7.Bake ham without glaze 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until 
thermometer reads 130 degrees. 
8.In small bowl, combine brown sugar, syrup and mustard; brush over ham.
9.Continue baking 1 hour, brushing ham with glaze every 20 minutes, 
until thermometer reaches 140 degrees. 
10.Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
