Creamed Potatoes Ingredients: 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, peeled & cut into small pieces 1/4 cup butter or margarine 3 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 cups milk 1.Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with salted water. 2.Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender; drain. 3.In same saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. 4.Whisking constantly, add next 4 ingredients and cook 1 minute. 5.Whisking constantly, gradually add milk and cook until thickened. 6.Add potatoes and stir until well coated. 8 servings
